Baptism team members help make our baptism weekends possible as people take their next faith step and get baptized.

Chat Host

We want our online services to be a place where people can have worship experience in community. Chat host plays an important role in welcoming and facilitating engagement via chat and making sure the program is guided smoothly.  

Children's Check-In Team/Greeter

Welcome, assist, and input information for new and returning families.

Children's Resources Prep (Mid week)

Work behind the scenes to meet the needs of weekend services. (Cutting, sorting, preparing crafts, organizing).

Children's Room Leader (Birth-PreK/TK)

Facilitates the activity and craft, interacts and partners with parents with helping grow their child’s faith walk.

Children's Small Group/Room Leader (K-4th)

Facilitates the activity and craft, interacts and partners with parents with helping grow their child’s faith walk.

Children's Special Events Support

Assist on an as-need basis for special events such as movie nights and child dedications. Help with decor, check-in, etc.

Children's Storyteller/Host

Champion small groups from the stage by emceeing the large group time or presenting the Bible story in a creative and interactive way.

Children's Worship Leader/Production/Tech

Leading an environment where kids can worship with fun music requires volunteers to make that space exciting. Join our team as a worship leader or to help manage lights, video, and sound to create an engaging large group environment.

Communications Team Member

Facilities Set Up/Teardown

Set up

In this role, you will provide support in setting up our outdoor spaces for our weekend services so that we can ensure guests feel valued and welcomed in our outdoor environment.

Teardown

In this role, you will provide support in tearing down our outdoor spaces and placing everything indoors at the conclusion of our weekend services.

Facilities Team

Facilities Team (Cleaning, Event, Maintenance, Landscaping etc)

Greeter/Usher Team

To make guests feel valued and welcomed with a sincere greeting, friendly presence and cheerful goodbye. This team also assists to help seat guests and keep the worship service clear of distractions.

Guest Central Team

This is the team that welcomes First Time Guests to help them have a great first experience at Real Life!

Hospitality Team

Help create a comfortable environment by providing great coffee at a welcoming, clean and stocked coffee bar.

One-On-One Buddy

Partner with parents and children's staff to provide one-on-one support to a child during the children's service. Experience with special needs children preferred.

Parking Team

Create a comfortable environment and incredible first impression for guests by offering a safe easy parking experience with a high energy welcome and clear directions

Prayer Team

Prayer team members pray for the needs of those who submit prayer request every week as well as those who come forward after services for prayer.

Production Team (Camera/Audio/Lighting)

Everything technical or production based for RLC services and other special events come out of the Production/Tech team. 

Safety Response/Medical Response Team

The Mission of the Safety Response Team is to create a safe and secure environment for all children, guests, staff and pastors of Real Life Church Ministries, their churches, properties and facilities.

The Medical Response Team's goal is to provide immediate care for all children, guests, and staff when medical emergencies arise. This role requires credentials as a medical professional.

Small Group Leader

For those of you interested in lead a small group for people in your community, this is an opportunity to extend community from digital to physical connection. You will lead a group of 8-10 people for a duration of time, typically for 6 months to 9 months.  

Students Communications Team

Our team supports and helps the communication of a clear gospel message in a relevant way that connects with students where they are in life.

Students Facilities Team

These volunteers serve our students by helping with set up and tear down for events and weekly programs.

Students Group Leader/Apprentice

A large group leader is someone who is comfortable leading at the front of service in a creative and interactive way so students feel welcome and that church can be fun and engaging. This can involve hosting or teaching.

Students New Here/Start Here/Hospitality Team

To go above and beyond creating a warm environment to serve our students via welcoming, assisting, and inputing information for new and returning families.

Students Production team (Camera/Audio/Lighting)

You will be a part of a team that manages slides, lighting and sound, to create a flawless worship experience.

Young Adults Communications Team

The Young Adult Communications Team exists to tell stories in creative and meaningful ways in order for people to feel connected and uplifted. This is done through photography, video, online content, social media posts, etc.

Young Adults Facilities Team

Helps with set up and tear down for ministry events and programs. This team serves behind the scenes and is responsible for creating the environment for Student Ministry to take place.

Young Adults Group Leader/Apprentice

This is where serving others moves to leading others. A person who desires deeper, more consistent, relationships and who can competently steer the conversation and hone in one the good stuff. A Group Leader does not need to have all the answers but is willing to go on the journey to discover those answers. Is committed to a longer term of time and committed to being consistent each week the group meets.

Young Adults New Here/Start Here/Hospitality Team

Our volunteers work to assist newcomers in filling out a connection card, answering any questions they have about the ministry, and in general help students feel welcomed.

Young Adults Production Team

Everything technical or production based for YA services and other special events come out of the Production/Tech team. If you have a technical passion or desire, or would love the opportunity to learn a production skill, this team may be just what you’re looking for. We have opportunities to run or operate: cameras or a video switcher; computers running our graphics, audio consoles, and lighting.
